Call card

-Provide information about ones business contacts.

-Additional information be include at the back of call card.

-Easy carried around in wallet.

-Attracting outside finding

-Help manager think through strategy.

Letterhead

- heading at the top of a sheet of letter paper.

-consists of a name and an address, and a logo or corporate design.

-name and address of a person, business concern, institution, etc.

-sometimes a background pattern.

-refer to the whole sheet imprinted with such a heading.

-The majority of company letterheads are printed A4 in size (210mm x 297mm).

-The design of a letterhead should not be so busy, and the graphics should not be so

  large.

-must include the company's contact information (example: The business name,

  address, phone number,

fax number, e-mail and Web site address)

- play a huge part in a company's brand identity.

- establish the company's logo or image in the public's mind.

-convey a message to the recipient.

-font size never larger than 18pt

-often 16 or 14

-1/2 inch top margin

-phone number centered, as last line bold and 10 pt.

-For the return address: 10 pt bold on company name

Envelope

-instant communications

-It is enclosed in a sealed envelope along with this letter.

-had a small number in the corner on the backside of the

  letter

-in the envelope was just paper, nothing else.

-usually made of thin flat material.

-contain a flat object, such as a letter or card.

-arrangement of four flaps on the reverse side.

-font size never larger than 18 pt

- often it was 14 or 16 pt.

-For the return address: 10 pt bold on company name
