-Akira Kurosawa born on Tokya Shinagawa Oimachi, his father served as an army officer, than transferred to post-secondary director.
-He have 4 sisters and 3 brothers.
-Although his father was a soldier, he but refused to participate in military training.
-From the childhood that he have strong interest in painting and he keen on painting
-Once determined to be a painter. But in that period, painter is very hard to earn money, so that he try to find another job for make a living.

-1930, He discover one of the advertisement made by PCL Film Company and he write a films papers for interview, finally be a first assistant director in PCL Film Company.
-He apprentice to Jiro Yamamoto Kerry and be a assistant director 7 years ago.

-1943, he make a first movie "Sanshiro Sugata", this film is very popular in Japan.
-After that he direct a movie "Rashomon", but fail in Japan, unexpected this movie is popular in Franch.

-1960 to 1970, Akira Kurosawa faced the low tide period, he sudden rupture relationship with his partner Toshiro Mifune and never works together.
-John Sturge remake his movie "Seven Samurai" and name it to " Seven noble People".

-1968, 20th Century Fox Company entrust Akira Kurosawa to discribe a movie about The Grand Epic of the War of the Pearl Harbor RAID and be a Japanese part director.

-1970, He remake a novel "The city is not seasons" by Yamamoto to film but lost a box office, because of this he try to commit suicide.

-1972, Akira Kurosawa going to Soviet Union to directing Russain Film " Desuwuzha". Most of the crew is Soviet Union and the film done in 2 years.

-1975, Akira Kurosawa's "Desuwuzha", its movie of Russo-Japanese joint that gain Moscow International Film Festival Gold Award and Oscar Best Foreign Film.

-1976, Film of "Deer su. Wuzha La" gain Oscar Best Foreign.

-1980, Akira Kurosawa able to rely on foreign funding to complete the "Shadow Warrior".

-1978, will be a personal experience to written his autobiography and name it as "Toad Oil"

-1990, Gain Oscar history as the first winner of the lifetime achievement award of the Asian filmmaker.

-1998, Akira Kurosawa pass away, died at 88 years old.
